What we collect. When you sign in with Google or Discord, we receive your email and display name from the provider. We store a username and platform you choose, timezone, and whether you use a mic. We record event participation and attendance (e.g. joined, attended, verified) to compute reliability scores. If you enter a giveaway, we also store the entry, details from your account needed to keep it to one person and to reach you if you win, your age attestation, and — if you win — prize platform and account region. A public name is stored only if you choose to be listed. That is used only to run the promotion, prevent fraud, and send the prize.

How we use it. We use your data to run the service: matching you to events on your platform, showing reliability to hosts and other players, and preventing abuse. We do not sell your data. We use Supabase for auth and database hosting; their processing is governed by their privacy policy.

Cookies & analytics. We use essential cookies for sign-in and session management. With your consent (via the cookie control on the site), we also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — for example page views and general traffic. Analytics cookies are optional and are not loaded until you accept. We do not sell your data. You can read more about Google's practices in their privacy policy.

Contact. For privacy, safety, or support questions, use Feedback on the website or in the GTAFriends app (You → Contact & support).

Deleting your account. You can permanently delete your own account while signed in from your profile on the web (Edit tab → Delete account), or in the iOS/Android app under You → Delete account. For security, we do not delete accounts based on feedback or third-party requests alone — only the signed-in account holder can delete that account. Step-by-step: Delete your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use GTAFriends. Use of GTAFriends is for in-game session scheduling and finding teammates only. IRL offers, trading, and off-platform deals are prohibited. Violators may be permanently banned. By using the site or app you agree to use it responsibly and in line with these terms. Our Child Safety Standards prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Trademarks & affiliation. GTAFriends is a fan-made scheduling and social tool for players. Mentions of Grand Theft Auto, GTA Online, Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, PlayStation, Xbox, and similar names are for descriptive purposes only. You acknowledge that GTAFriends is unaffiliated with those companies and that using this service does not create any relationship with them. We do not provide game accounts, in-game currency, cheats, or official Rockstar support.

Email. By using GTAFriends you agree that we may send you service-related emails (e.g. session reminders, crew invites) as needed to run the service. You can unsubscribe or change what we send at any time in your profile under Email preferences. Marketing emails (e.g. product news) are optional and only sent if you opt in. Winner notification emails for a giveaway you entered are transactional and are sent so we can deliver the prize.
